The purpose of the Young Agents of Omaha organization is to encourage young agents to become aware of, and get involved in, IIAO. Through such involvement, young agents can provide a viable source of new talent for the development of future leadership in the IIAO and the insurance industry. PLEASE NOTE:  Young Independent Insurance Agents of Omaha is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the insurance industryís benefits to agency and company professionals under the age of 40 and/or 10 years or less experience in the industry or current position. Our focus is to help develop your professional skills and increase your industry knowledge, while showing you how rewarding a career in insurance can be. Membership in the Young Agents organization is open to anyone; annual dues are $25 and membership application forms will be available at the meeting, or download the 'IIAO Young Agents Membership Packet" --  PDF | Word Doc

4:00 p.m. – Annual Planning Meeting

5:00 p.m. –  Holiday Social

We are looking for suggested speakers, venues and events for 2018.  Prior events include CE lunches, bourbon/wine tastings, advice from a haberdasher and a tour of Baxter Arena.  Young Agents focuses on personal and professional development, networking and giving back to the community.  All ideas are welcome.

Drinks, apps and socializing will follow the planning meeting. 

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Location: Timber, 8702 Pacific Street, Countryside Village

Cost: FREE for Young Agents Members; $10 for all other guests

Beverages – cash bar available at attendees' expense
