- Membership begins on the date you pay your dues and is good for 12 months.

How Do I Look Up My Education Transcript for Completed CE?
1) Go to www.statebasedsystems.com
2) Select "Nebraska" under "Jurisdiction"
3) Select "Print Education Transcript"
You will then be directed to a new page where you will:
1) Select "Nebraska" under "Jurisdiction"
2) Enter last name
3) Enter NPN**
4) Enter last 4 digits of SSN
5) Click "Search" and your records will show up
**If you need to look up your NPN you can first select that option on www.statebasedsystems.com
